Reliable service every time. My order is consistently fast, hot accurate regardless of the line of cars in front of me. The drive thru employees are always following co-vid guidelines with masks sanitation procedures, show much hospitality to me during each visit.

Above all, it's been a fact since I ordered something from wendys. I order a 4for4 chicken pecan salad, tee, and a small frosty and grill sauce. the command was over 17.00, so I got my order, and she gave me a koks with the glass with koks all over the outside. the frosty had mixed on the outside and sticky. the salat dressing was moist and sticky with eating thrown into the bag without grill sauce for the chicken bugs. However, these employees want $15 per hour, and this is what we receive without standards for substandards. I'll call the office. bad service!

I have placed a mobile order and specified that I am here when I arrived as instructed. after 15 minutes waiting on an empty parking space with my child, I got in the drive thru and asked for my food. they said they don't do that when it's ordered because some people don't show up for hours. but my food was already bagged on the tresor and showed me how I arrived at the quittung. that was cold.

At 10:00 a.m. a delivery order was ordered at the door for a lunch and the workers refused to make it until 10:30 a.m. because it was breakfast. doordash refused. the customer said they ordered directly over their website that started lunch at 10. the workers refused to make it even until 10:30, so here I just got it at 10:48, over half an hour I arrived. complete terrible customer service.
