Arby's - Mishawaka

I decided to try the new burger. I got the bacon ranch burger. it was average. nothing special, but it wasn't terrible. still love their curile pommes. they are consistently good.

I really want to like Arby 's. But it 's hard. I just never have a good experience here. It 's almost like they ask all the employees who has the biggest chip on their shoulder, and hates working with the public? .... And then puts them at the register.

When I was a young lad, I hated Arby's with all my heart. The only good part about this franchise is how well they do their shakes. However, the servers at this particular resturaunt have cooked the best chocolate shake this meat bag has ever experienced. The man at the drive thru even said that it was cooked to perfection, which was medium rare. It guaranteed the quality that I did not expect. This was excellent service. Everyone who had worked at 8:45 PM on May 19th, 2022 deserve a raise, or even a promotion. God bless Arbyrica.

This doesn’t even deserve 1 star.Service was horrible. They gave us the wrong meals and when I called the restaurant, the girl was rude and used the excuse of there is only 2 people working so that’s why there are mistakes. Then she hung up on me. Trying to get the food replaced was very difficult.

Just got my order from grubhub and was missing the curly fries that I ordered with my meal. Not happy so won't order from Arby's again. Very disappointed considering how much their food costs anyways...
