My family and I were returning from Venice and I wanted to stay off the main freeway; I just wanted to take a relaxing drive after all the hustle and bustle of Venice. It was rather late and we didn 't have dinner yet. I saw the lights at this restaurant; it was only one of the few that had lights on after 9pm. I missed the entry to the parking lot, but saw the next street just passed it, and as I turned in, I noticed a few cars in the lot and hoped that it was open. Fortunately for us, it was open and even though the waiter said that only pizza was available, we knew that was exactly what we wanted. We had a bottle of no gas mineral water; which was very refreshing after a long hot day in Venice. I ordered a mushroom and sausage pizza, my wife and daughter decided to share a calzone. When the food came, I took a bite of my pizza and marveled at the taste of the ingredients that mixed. The mushrooms were a mix of various mushrooms, not the typical button mushrooms that you get in the US, but something else. It wasn 't over loaded with sausage, cheese or mushrooms, but blended just right so that you were not overwhelmed with too many flavors. My wife and daughter were very pleased with the taste of their calzone. It was some of the best pizza that I have ever had, it 's going to be a disappointment to order pizza here in the US after what I 've tasted in Italy!!!

We stayed in the hotel so we tried the restaurant aswell. Very good regional beer, tagliatelle and pizza tasty, staff nice.

This family run restaurant is attached to a very quaint hotel located outside of Venice Mestre. Service was friendly and spoke English. Menu also offered in English. Food was lovely and authentic. Home made vegetable soup was great. Lots of options. No gluten free pasta available but other options. Prices are a little high but worth it considering the food quality. Location is a little isolated so not many options but again if you want good food would recommend.

All menus were delicious and the price was good The staff are really friendly and the atmosphere is great! It rained so much that I couldn't go home. He gave me a ride Thank you so much!!! Taste, mood, price everything was perfect! Thanks you for all your service! Grazie!!

Capitato per caso di venerdi a mezzogiorno. Menu di pesce, tutto molto buono. Camerieri gentili e veloci. Prezzo trattoria. Consigliato alla grande..
