Great Mexican place very unassuming and the food is hot and delicious. I really enjoyed my spinach enchiladas served with super flavorful rice and black beans. Im always a sucker for the free chips and salsa. I ordered a skinny margarita which was still pretty sweet. Our server was awesome and checked in on us regularly.

Sat at the bar and had a couple drinks and the most fantastic carnitas torta. Very reasonably priced for the area. Def worth coming in! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Husband and I stopped in Minturn for lunch. I had the 2 beef enchilada plate that came with rice and beans and a Modelo Especial. Enchiladas were great. Husband had a taco salad with chicken which he said was good. Waitresses were very friendly. Food came out pretty quickly. Nice decor. Clean restrooms.
