Burger King - Mint Hill

We may go here two to three times a month. The food and service was always prompt. Our food was hot and not a side taste. Once or twice, I grabbed extra salt for the pommes. Our experience is usually the drive thru and was excellent. The few times we were in the restaurant, the staff were polite, fast and friendly. The restaurant and the bathrooms are clean.

Always fast, food is always great, I pay a visit like once a week for my Cheeseburg Monger.

Not bad, management worked hard to ensure that my problem was solved.

A year ago, I would have said this is one of the best shops in the area. Not anymore. Waited a fixed 1 minute to place my order. Personal questions must be overcome. The cashier gave ice to the beverage machine and a young lady who didn't do anything, let her know I was standing there. The cashier cried back and said she was busy. A whole lot of attitude was displayed before the management that did nothing since they were busy. When I was acknowledged and addressed, the young lady who did nothing had a great attitude to my order. I just walked out. Sad to see how far they fell off.

This Burger King is hit or miss. Sometimes food is good sometimes not so much. Service is always friendly.
