Saigon Uptown - Minneapolis

Possibly the worst Vietnamese restaurant They only one server who cooks and serves at the same time Their bubble tea was so bad. The tapioca pearls were soaks and saggy. I ordered a pho. They took 30 minutes to make this. And there was only 3 othertables. I was so disappointed that this place has many good reviews.

The food here was delicious. Bahn mi was great, as were the stir fry/curry dishes.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian and vegan options.

Excellent flavors in the Bahn Mi, loved it! Got the regular pork. The bread was good except for some stale/overly hard spots. Overall, delicious!Food: 4/5

This place is pretty good! We have come here a handful of times. Better prices than most Vietnamese restaurants. We love to get our bun bo hue here!

I am giving it two stars because even though the food was somewhat flavorful and the person who took my order was nice, I found a hair in my pad Thai ? unluckily that is the worse that can happen to me -I guess to anyone- it is just disgusting to me find a long hair in my bite of food. Sorry but prob not ordering from here again. I’m scarred and can’t go back to this place.
