Bidrage med feedbackWe were in town for a convention. Found Nicos on Open Table. We are in one of the rooms upstairs. Our waiter was a little quiet in the fairly noisy room but service was fast. Drinks were delicious and we all enjoyed our dinners. Definitely recommend.
Wonderful food, lovely atmosphere. The only challenge was that they didn't have our Open Table reservation. Fortunately we were there early enough to get seating pretty quickly.
Food was great, but service was not. They did not seem to care that we had reservations or that we were celebrating a birthday. (I had included that bit in our reservation) When we first got there, we told a waiter that we had reservations. He said, ok, give me a second to clear a table. He then went on to take an order from one of his tables. Someone else then saw us. I explained that we had reservations but she didn't seem to care. I didn't realize that the restaurant was on two floors. Had I known that I would have asked specifically for a table on the first floor due to physical limitations on my part. From my seat, I could see a massive hole in the wall that was only partially hidden by some drywall. It took forever for the waitress to come to our table. This continued throughout our meal. Our dinners came at different times. Just poor training I'd say, and a lack of caring for their customers. I might be tempted to go there again because the food was excellent, but only if they have a change in management and staff.
Awesome margaritas and always go for the tacos. Run very well and even when busy, you can expect top notch service.
We were there on a Friday night, so the noise level was to be expected. Our margaritas were superb! We each had a different entrée and both were delicious. We will definitely go there again.
