Mcdonald's - Minneapolis

If I could give negative stars, I would. My entire experience was a nightmare. Let me start by saying that I am a General Manager in a restaurant, so I understand when a restaurant is busy or short-staffed. However, it was 3:49 and I was the only person ordering food! At first, I was told they only sold Nuggets and Fries, but then I asked if they could make burgers. I ordered 2 strawberry shakes, but was informed that they were not available because the machine was in warming mode. As I moved to the window to pay, I requested to speak to a manager. The person at the window (who I believe was the person who took my order and possibly the manager) told me that the manager had left for an emergency. When I asked for the manager's name and contact information, I was refused and only given the information printed on the entrance. I returned home (just 2 blocks away) to find that the food was cold. The fries were old and should have been thrown away hours ago. The nuggets were undercooked, the double cheeseburgers had only mayonnaise on them for some reason, and the quarter pounder was cold and haphazardly thrown into the box. I tried calling the restaurant 5 times with no answer. If this employee was working for me, I would have fired them. They should be grateful to have a job, especially in today's economy. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB and completed a survey.

The fresh nuggets were excellent. No complaints here.

I would not recommend this place at all. The staff working on Wednesday, January 20th at 6:00 PM were incredibly rude and seemed bothered by us ordering food. I couldn't even understand what they were saying, and when I told them they got my order wrong, they denied it. The cookie I received was also hard. I advise others not to dine here.

I waited for 10 minutes for the loudspeaker before someone even said hello to me, as the other side of the ride went through the line. I even said hello a few times. But the employee was nice.

Staff practically threw my food at me, did not even say anything when I was handed the food. Then, the food was not hot either. I was not offered any dipping sauces for my fries. The drive thru was quiet so not sure why the poor customer service.
