Marna's Eatery Lounge - Minneapolis

Another fantastic review for Marna's, this time focusing on their brunch. Unfortunately, brunch is only available on Saturdays, but it is definitely worth it. The food is delicious, with large portions that give you great value for your money. I particularly enjoyed dining outside on their charming patio this summer; it truly feels like you're on a tropical vacation. The service is decent, albeit a bit slower than other places - but I like to think of it as being on island time! If you're looking for something beyond the typical eggs and toast American breakfast, make your way to the Northwest suburbs and give this Costa Rican gem a try. A special thanks to Chef Ronaldo Diaz for introducing the people of Robbinsdale to some incredible ethnic cuisine.

Terrible customer experience, I’ve never felt so unwelcomed at a restaurant ever. I felt extremely uncomfortable. Love the atmosphere, needs better waitresses;nicer, friendlier and more polite.

What a hidden gem break from all the American and Italian food we've been eating the Costa Rican flavors were bursting and the ambiance in and outside made me feel like I was on a little vacation from typical MN dining. service was top notch and I cannot wait to return! HIGHLY recommend if you're wanting to add a little excitement exploration to your date night list. we loved it!

I had heard negative reviews about their service, but I decided to give their food a try anyway. Unfortunately, the service was so poor that it overshadowed everything else. I'm not sure if the staff is racist or just unhappy in their personal lives, but the atmosphere was bleak. The manager and waitress seemed irritated whenever a customer walked in, and it was clear they were not hiding their feelings. It's possible that the "All are welcome here" sign on their door is in response to complaints about customers not feeling welcomed. Perhaps they should focus on improving their own lives instead of just putting up a sign suggesting that they find a job they enjoy.

I can't believe we haven't tried this restaurant before! I ordered the carnitas tacos and my friend had the sea scallops, both were delicious. We definitely plan on coming back. We started with guacamole served with yuca fries and chips as an appetizer.
