Hunan - Minneapolis

The Hunan lamb is so delicious that it is worth making a special trip for. I have never been disappointed with any dish at Hunan, but the lamb is truly outstanding. If I didn't know any better, I would think it was pork. The sauce, the green onions - everything is just perfection. I like to eat it with chili oil on the side.

Jimmy is the driving force behind Human Restaurant! This place is a diamond in the rough in Bloomington. He remembered my name after just one mention and welcomed me like an old friend, just as he does with all of his customers. The food is absolutely delicious and you won't be able to resist taking another bite. Best Chinese restaurant I've ever been to! Thank you Jimmy and Kevin, you guys are amazing!

Mu Shu pork was so yummy! Great service. No liquor but thats ok. Very friendly place!

This is the best damn Chinese I think I've ever had. The hot and sour soup was out of this world, and the hunan chicken had tons of flavor as well. If I could add a Michelin star to this review, I would. And the service was lightning fast and friendly andthe no-frills dining area was chill af. How a Chinese restaurant should be, in all regards. Will be driving the 15+ minutes togo here for Chinese from now on. Also, a large dab before eating here will suit you well. Cheers

I had a fantastic experience at this cozy Chinese restaurant that serves authentic Asian cuisine without overly Americanizing it. I enjoyed the Hunan Lamb, Buddha's Delight, egg drop soup, and cream cheese wontons - all of which were delicious and packed with flavor. I will definitely be returning and hope that Hunan never changes their menu!
