Chicago's Taste Authority - Minneapolis

I am craving some of my favorite Chicago sandwiches. The gyro was delicious and I will definitely return for the Italian beef, and maybe even a pizza.

The Italian Beef was delicious. Good beer selection. Seems like the front section is in the middle of renovations, back area was good.

Really wanted to like this place but the sandwiches were salt bombs. The fries were fine. The fried mushrooms tasted as thought straight out of a freezer bag into the fryer... Nothing special. I won't be going back.

Our family relocated to the area from Chicago recently, and Chicago Taste Authority was exactly what we had hoped it would be… a taste of home!! The food was delicious, atmosphere spot on, and service was great. 5 stars and we will be back soon!!

We had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The salad was delicious, and the Italian beef and gyro sandwiches were also very tasty. The bread for the Italian beef was exceptional.
