Bruegger's Bagels - Minneapolis

I always loved the Bagels here. was my favorite and it? near my house, so I go all the time. I always get a whole bagel and a five cheese bagel, although today when I got the two, she saw clearly different. I'm not sure what happened or why they're really different, but it really makes me sad. I don't like the changes in both, and I really want to know why it's different and I hope it's just a single time.

I placed a mobile order at this restaurant this morning using the Bruegger app before leaving my house. I arrived about 20 minutes later, but my order was not ready. After waiting for 10 minutes, I inquired about my order and was informed that it had been prepared. It would have been quicker to simply wait in line and place my order in person. The staff member informed me that they were out of the bagel I had originally ordered, which was frustrating as I had already waited a while for my food. I ended up requesting a different type of bagel. When I finally received my food, I realized that they had not given me the replacement I requested and my sandwich was made with a completely different kind of bagel.

I use this place frequently and generally I am satisfied with it. The days I'm working early enough to set it up before they close, I'd like to call and introduce a pickup. They close at 2 and I can do it in a few minutes before they close. Unfortunately, on some occasions, I tried to do several times and nobody answered. I'm still going in, even if they don't answer, but sadly they're from the cinnamon sugar bagels that I usually get. I only put this in the hopes that it comes to them and there could be some changes regarding picking up the phone before they are ready to close.

Usually pretty good, but I've gotten a half sized bagel for my farmhouse the last 5-6 times. See below for a regular sized bagel vs what I get
