Walking in, one sees shabby looking furniture and a decor without taste. The service is really good, but the atmosphere is dingy. I ordered the pasta with rabbit. The rabbit was poorly prepared and could have been chicken. I was really disappointed. I did really like their Arnold Palmer. I also ordered a peach cheesecake that was well decorated but far from sublime. They really need to renovate this place. I think I paid about 62 for the meal after factoring in tip. I am updating my position on this restaurant, as I had several negative reviews about the waiting period of picking up food from this location. But I have seen an improvement, it's still not quite there to where I would give it a top rating yet. Note: this review is mainly the pickup service of this establishment and not its dining service or a review of its food alone. I have personally worked at Caesar's Palace as a bartender for nearly 20 years, have been published several times for drink recipes, and worked many world class establishments. Including as a food beverage consultant for Diablo Spirits as a marketing strategist and founder. The Rainforest Cafe, Marketing strategies, adding the merchandise and on location novelty shop was my idea, and fully participated in selling the concept of The Rainforest Cafe from its conception out of Steve Schuster's home.
