Bidrage med feedbackWe visited this restaurant with a large group of about 10 to 12 people. The server appeared to be managing the entire front of house and dining area by themselves. Despite this, they did a commendable job. I had ordered a soup that was overly salty, but it was promptly removed from the bill without any hassle. The restaurant is situated in a charming historic building, making it a pleasant place to dine.
Making online reservations was easy and we were warmly greeted by the owner upon arrival. The room was stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean. The restaurant is a charming establishment with a lovely bar area where we enjoyed drinks and delicious food. The bartender was excellent and the Coconut Shrimp with Ginger Sauce and Brewben Sliders were both fantastic. We also had a wonderful time in the Brewery chatting with the owner and locals, and even enjoyed live music from a local fiddle player. The breakfast area was cozy and inviting. Mineral Point is a picturesque small town with many boutique shops. The Chamber of Commerce welcomed us with complimentary wine, cheese, and crackers as we explored the downtown area. The hospitality and friendliness we experienced was top-notch. Thank you, Mike, for a great experience. We will definitely be recommending your restaurant to our friends and look forward to visiting again soon.
During our anniversary trip, we stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. The owner and staff were very accommodating, providing everything we needed and more. Check-in was seamless, the room was clean with stylish decor, and the continental breakfast offered a variety of options sourced from local farms. Parking and entering/exiting the building was extremely convenient. The on-site brewery had a fantastic atmosphere, with handcrafted fresh beer and delicious food options. Additionally, there is a bike and ATV trail located right off the parking lot, as well as shops, art studios, restaurants, and historic sites within walking distance. We highly recommend staying here!
In the world of hotels there are the pre-fairy Pinocchios who only want to be a real boy , and the post fairy establishments like Commerce Street Brewery Inn that deliver real experiences to their guests. This was my favorite hotel stay of our WI trip, including some very pricey stays in Madison. It was a relief to escape the profit-driven hotel format of $5 water bottles, $7 coffee, $30 parking, synthetic sheets, and staff who actually laughed when I asked if 2 oz icecream was complementary. Our room was as comfortable as our own home, including quality mattress and sheets that make it hard to get out of bed. Complementary coffee, ice cream, library, refrigerated basics, continental breakfast, cookies, chocolates, sleeping masks, 80 open parking spaces, and other thoughtful items convey an appreciation for guests and pride of ownership. The Pub downstairs has a nice hum during its brief early evening hours and really good gastro treatsand beer. Mike (owner) is very accommodating when called upon, otherwise he is preoccupied with his pub and leaves his guests on their own. Small things matter; we phoned in a pub takeout order and were surprised and pleased to have itdelivered to our room complete w/ draft beers. Historic Mineral Point and Commerce Street Brewery Inn are a 30-minute drive to all the local attractions, and a great option when looking for real experiences that heavily trafficked hotels &chain restaurants just can 't deliver.
Stopped here for lunch, 2 adults 2 kids, no alcohol. $90 with moderate tip. each of us got 2 sliders and either cole slaw potato salad or fries. The sliders were tiny and mostly bread. The meat was cold on the inside, clearly reheated, probably in a microwave. This is a place to skip.
