Subway - Mineola

By far the best experience I had in a subway, new owners lead this establishment fantastic. Very happy with my time there, incredibly nice owner.

Compared to the other subways I was lately (all outside of NY), these were the freshest ingredients, the cleanest counter and fluffy bread I had... The lady still seemed to learn, but could make a sandwich for the menu pictures... an artist. And the card machine didn't ask me to leave a tip. Good job!

Overall a good experience of this smaller subway. The restaurant was clean, the options were plentiful, the gentlemen were nice, and the food tasted super. Interesting to note that the subway wrapper they normally wrap your outside sandwich was cut in half; presumably to save costs as you can get the paper twice. I notice it here, because I usually tear it off as it is too big, but today we both won! Only negative must I say the parking is limited, so if there are no parallel parking options in front of the restaurant, try a side street for more options. Bummer for those who can't park parallel, as this is all that is there; try McDonalds as they have a ride thru.

This Subway location is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's a convenient distance away from Winthrop Hospital.
