Worst experience ever. Cold pancakes and no syrups given. Even our hot chocolate didn’t taste good.

Getting the milk wrong once is to be expected in a fast food restaurant but its three times now. For people with intolerances, this isn't ideal.

Worse MCDONALD.. Last week I order food and clearly stated that I didn't want sausage and still received one with sausage. After telling them that it had sausage they gave me another one and all they did was just removed the sausage out of it. I went in and stated I clearly didn't want sausage and this food is contaminated and she swapped for new one. Today, I ordered 2 pancake meal with no maple syrup. When I realised it was to late, I called them to complain she said next time am in the area she will provide me with maple syrup. I said can I speak to manager and she stated that she is the manager. Then I said are you serious? What am I going to do with just maple syrup on its own. How am I going to have my pancakes now and her response was do you want to drive to you, which I cannot she was rude). Plus the ice late I ordered has to much sugar, cannot even drink it. Everything went in the rubbish bin. Really disappointed.

Very bad customer service. The order machine had an error so had to wait for a very long time for staff to even acknowledge me to take order. The McCafe staff sneaked a broken (basically crumble) banana loaf in not toasted or buttered. Had to ask for another one and toasted, which was grudgingly given, with no butter. The coffee lid was not closed properly so spilled my coffee, had to request for tissue which also was grudgingly given. Staff definitely need training.

Waited 10 minutes to be served while all the girls were standing around talking and laughing. Ordered two larg coffees one with sugar, they had no idea which coffee they had put the sugar in when I asked, they just told me to taste it ! No management control what so ever, and the large coffees were only half full and Luke warm. I won’t be going back there again. I used to go every morning. The place it pathetic.
