Snifters Tapas Spirits - Milwaukee

We have been there last Saturday night to drink drinks and eat. we could sit on the bar. there were 2 tables that had customers. we ordered food. we had a drink, then a second. 40 minutes are over. No eating. the bartender never informed us until we asked, he said they were short. they just started our eating. we canceled the order and left. I'm not back. if they go on like that, they'll be down.

Clueless comes in the senses. How can someone create such a GREAT environment? absent: bartender, cook them no cook here! waitress sweet BUT note. owners need show almost or that goes no where!

Snifters has potential to be a really good restaurant, but just missed the boat on several things. All the menu items we chose were tasty, except the vegetarian empanadas were just okay. The other dishes had great flavor, but the chicken and shrimp were overcooked. I am vegetarian and requested a vegetarian meal, but was instead brought (and started to eat) a non-vegetarian dish by mistake. Boo. The service was descent, but would have expected much more given we were the only group there. I am not sure how the cook service would have been if there was even just a few more groups dining that night. Drinks took long, but were amazing.

I don't go out much these days, but I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this restaurant.

This is an excellent spot to enjoy dancing and have a drink. The food is top-notch with a rating of 5 out of 5.
