Simma's Bakery - Milwaukee

The order and advance payment for a mother's day cheesecake was a brise and the cake was delicious! customer service was top-notch, the person who took my order was polite, offered me options available, and the opportunity to pay that quickly pick up. parking in front of the business is not great, but this is mainly due to road construction and the weekend of celebration, otherwise it would have been more convenient. also in the load the experience was good, the load was busy for the mother's day, but I still got out pretty fast.

I took my sonish widmungskuchen today and was very disappointed. a gray cake for a dedication. also not even in my hour long entertainment I mentioned any kind of blue. my cake was fully paid before picking up, so of course the administration was not concerned about asking themselves whether it was ok or excused for the chaos. the young lady who helped me was apologised and treated the situation she could not do much about the cake. really debating to give my money to this bakery, since management and the bakery seems to only worry about making money, vs actually take care of their customers. very sad!

I ordered the birthday cake of my sohnes from simma after trying a piece of work function, and I will never buy a cake from anywhere, but simmas time and again! they made him the perfect birthday cake consisting of yellow cake, celestial maus filling and white buttercream frosting with blue briefing. all on the party shaved over the cake and many more requested seconds. simma is very well known for her cheesecake, but do not sleep on her normal cake! it's something of the best if not the best I had.

My husband got me the strawberry cake and it was very delicious and the cake was very moist. It's hard to find a good moist cake in the area it's our new go to place for our bakery. sorry we divided in and forgot to take a picture of it

I love Simma's! It's such a fun cute place with fantastic choices. It's perfect for taking kids to pick something since there's such a variety. Also got our wedding cake there-red velvet which is SO good!
