And when he asked the server about it, he said everything he said, I wasn't sure I really don't know was definitely 't happy with the night shift.
I really enjoyed the great customer service. My server was so sweet and genuine. Hard to find good customer service. I didn't catch his name but thank you for making my experience great
Just went here for breakfast. Was told by a manager there was a 45 minute wait, except the entire dining room was open with probably a total of 20 people in the entire place. I asked why the wait would be so long considering very few people were there and the entire dining room was open and was then told they only have 1 server. She had an extremely bad attitude and she should have acted as an additional server if they were short on staff or maybe called someone from the back because there was plenty of people standing around in the kitchen. COVID
There are only three people working but I feel they care to get to everyone. The lady that took my order had an approachable demeanor. She was still smiling even tho she is short staff. She looks like she might be the manager. My receipt says her name is Kim. Great job to you and they other employees. I thought to do a review while I 'm literally waiting on my food. I believe she the cook also. Update March 27, Sunday 10:39am Con: Don 't like how my order started! Me and my boyfriend coming home from a lovely morning together. So, we in good spirits we decided to get some Denny 's. Well, I walk in no one greets or say I 'll be right with you ...they were taking care customers but still...coo! So, I seat down with a menu just to go over what I want. They was in the back for minute maybe close to 10 mins (or it seemed like it ? . And I thought to stand up and wait at the counter to have my order taken next because people were starting to walk in....okay coo! I didn 't get her name but she has bright red hair (love it actually ? but she comes from the back and this dude just walked in (a couple minutes before she came to the front and she goes to him first and ignore me...I felt like she saw me walk in when I did so instead of asking who was next? I Interrupt to say excuse me excuse me! I was next. And she said okay (with these stank-face facial expression that wasn 't called for ? I mean I 'm next right?? I didn 't say it with an attitude maybe she didn 't like when I interrupted ????? I don 't know all I know is that I was next ?????? she will definitely need a refresher on her customer service skills. ? Pro: Other than that; the food was accurate and hot. All the condiments forks, and lil nick nacks you 'd need was there. I didn 't have to ask ?
Servers are needed and managers they were terrible . food over cooked and not fresh. This was the first time I got this bad service here. Don't think I'll be going back.
