Colectivo Coffee Of The Third Ward

Better than average coffee but not the best. Bonus that they warmed up our croissants.

Such a perfect location for Colectivo Coffee. Fits the Third Ward aesthetic perfectly.

Coffee was good. Fruit flies in the pastry case was gross.

I don’t know Milwaukee at all but there seems to be a shortage or no Dark roast. I asked and this place only had light roast coffee. It was mediocre and I didn’t get through too much before I threw it out. The avocado toast was overly dosed with lemon and was not balanced with salt or pepper. In the end I ditched the coffee and ate through the toast, but I won’t return here for coffee or food when I visit Milwaukee. The workers were perfectly nice and the place was clean, so no complaints there.

Came here around 10am on a Tuesday and there were plenty of open tables to sit at and do work at. There were only 2 people in front of me in line and the service was quick. I got one of their specialty drinks the cardamom honey latte and I absolutely loved it!! Giving the spot 4 stars instead of 5, because I also ordered the Mediterranean avocado toast and I thought it was very average 3/5. The barista also didn’t ask if my order is for here or two go, so I ended up having to eat my toast from a box even though I was staying at the coffee shop for a bit. Overall, I liked the vibe and atmosphere and will be back to try their other specialty drinks!
