Anodyne Coffee Roasting Co. – Public Market

To come to the public market for half a day, pick me up in anodyne. there were a few in front of me in the line that were exposed. When they came to the front counter, one of the workers came to them and (very politely) asked them if they had any masks to wear. the couple immediately became defensiw (and a bit rude in my opinion) and while I couldn't hear the conversation completely, I assumed they said no. the young lady then said that because of the city regulation they are right to refuse the service to anyone who does not wear masks. the couple hung and went away, obviously out. it has made me feel honestly as a customer who have been looking for my security and my well-being. I really appreciate the fact that companies are not only looking for their customers, but their workers are being kept in the mandat policies. not to mention that I was served a delicious new special by them, the xox au lait. kudos an anodyne and her workers, that is a happy and satisfied customer!

I've never found the need to write an evaluation, but was quite shocked in the service a few days ago from anodyne in the public market. I would say I'm a regular at the location wauwatosa. I'll grab my coffee a few times a month. I had a meeting in the inner city was quite excited to find out that there was another anodyne location! I waited there for a bit when two women spoke in the corner. one of them looked in my direction, so I think they saw me. I understand, maybe they talked about something important, but I felt like I had been released somehow. there was a petit blonde girl who finally approached me (sorry, did not get her names). no gruß, no nothing. not even an eye contact! I asked about my coffee and she did it. I wanted to go to the pick-up the two women went on to conduct their own talk without standing there! I felt like I was totally ignored at the end. as if I had penetrated her room. the experience and the personal in tosa are always super nice and friendly. what happens in the city? I have noticed the other reviews that they have some problems with customer service that I have seen definitiw. coffee was just fine. Maybe it was because of the experience I had, but the Tosa location makes it better. I don't think I'm back in the city.

Today at 730 a.m. a younger blonde woman was then the barista. She was busy talking to a (unmasked person) where I appeared on the theke. then she told me that she would deny the service because I don't wear masks. this situation was clearly absurd, as it was only talking to an unmasked person! she said it was “business policy” and did not even offer us a mask. what a ridiculous situation. never come back here

Great experience at this place, on Wednesday 02/02/2022 at 19:30 clock after a nice meal in st Paul’s we wanted to get a coffee. we stopped since it was gone. the barista was obviously not working in the corner with someone to chat with. she leaves the conversation and approaches the worktop. we will ask ourselves about wearing masks and tell us that by social policy it cannot offer us a coffee because we do not wear masks. we told the young lady that she would thank you and went out. it is simply absurd for me that this is the company policy, it is absurd because there was a plastic shield between us, it wore a mask and the payment would have been done electronically. So it was essentially in order to approach us, not to wear masks, but not to serve us coffee. So it really makes me wonder the argumentation. is it really in the fear of covid? they and I are most likely vaccinated. is it laziness, because it was close to it? or was it just a nonsensical political narrative from which they stand? I think it's very disrespectful. I would advise anody to offer customer masks if they have such policy, then they might not lose customers that it is relevant, but,I went into the market with a mask, the lobster reel becomes really buttery, I took the mask and did not want to put on my face anymore because I butter on them.

Worst experience ever. Rudest staff even though I gave them a tip she didn’t deserve and then I was threatened with not being served my order after I paid with a tip if I didn’t wear a ing mask . I will NEVER go to this company again. Disgusting Service
