I love the chicken when it's hot and crispy. That's the best part of Popeyes. People need to be trained to know the parts of a chicken. A thigh is not a rib, for instance. The fries are not the best. Compared to Mary Brown's Taters or fries, they are not very good. I ordered onion rings, and they were atrocious. Soggy, undercooked, not fresh and crispy at all. I had to reorder, and the piece of chicken I got practically was all batter, hardly any meat on it. I had to reorder that as well.I have spoken to many people who also say those biscuits they serve are just a waste of food. NOBODY eats them. I give them to my dog. You should seriously get rid of them and put in fries instead, or offer something else.The staff are usually nice and accommodating.Overall, a rating of 3 for me. Room for improvement for sure.Thank you
