Terrible experience. Thank you, Karima. The employee today sold me stale coffee rolls and then told me after I paid and took a bite into the rock hard, dry donut that it had been sitting on the shelf all day since it was made in the morning. It was 5pm. You were aware of this and still refused to give me a refund or replacement as a customer. Your customer service would frustrate anyone who purchases from this establishment. I was satisfied until you decided to argue with me over a donut. Petty behavior for a billion dollar business.
