Red Chillies. The Malabar Cuisine.

I used Red Chillies to bring 50 guests to my daughter's birthday. I must say the food was absolutely fantastic! The parottas were perfect flaky and the curries were just the right amount of spices and plentiful with taste. The party guests really enjoyed it and the amount of food was very generous. Payment options were convenient. With the timely delivery and excellent customer service of Mr Joshy, this proved to be an excellent experience. Mr Joshy even helped us to set up the buffet for my guests! I would really recommend using them for catering services when you eat on Malabar

For Vishu Sadya we ordered 6 people from here. It was my first time with the huge vegetarian sadya menu ever and also my first time tried red chilies and it was fantastic. Quantity: we ordered a family package and two people who were quite a lot of food, even for 6 people. Next time we try to order a family and an individual package Quality: The food was very good! I loved the hearty and sweet banana chips, pumpkin curry, kachadi, bitter yogurt. Beautiful introduction to Sadya, but: you told us that a few people complained about Payasam and asked us not to have it. Unfortunate situation here, but good communication. The Papads also had a fishy taste so I didn't go back for a second bite. Edit: A friend had annoyed stomach all the next day, probably from pumpkin, because he ate that most and it even smelled funky the next day.

In any case, the standard has significantly reduced post locking down? Is it more a cafe than a complete restaurant? the order of the food is not that guests need to use friendly u the app to order the food served in paperboard that you need to dispose of before leaving? this arrangement, however, seems hygienic? Eating is not as great as it was in 2017 18? definitely not a recommendation?

On Thursday for lunch. Although their food was quickly prepared, almost all the items lacked salt and spices. Her goat was extremely chewing and her fish overcooked. We ordered egg briyani and chicken briyani Egg briyani tasted good. Food tasted like home food as spice level was perfect and masala was limited which i liked here the most. Few Chicken pieces was little dry other pieces was good .. All together would highly recommend. Would definitely try again
