I-tea Milpitas

Drink was made SUPER fast, like within 3-5 minutes, it felt like it was just 2. Loved my red bean milk tea!

The teas and popcorn chicken are great. What is disappointing though is they do not honor their rewards system and that’s what the rating is reflective of. We have been going in frequently, entering our number with each order and also downloaded their app. The reward states you get a free tea after 9 orders. But our account just shows no punchcard available. The store took down our number multiple times but no resolution.

I-Tea is my favorite boba spot to go to in Milpitas! They have a large variety of different drinks to choose from and their boba is always spot on (soft and chewy)!Another thing I love to order from i-Tea is their Popcorn Chicken! They're so good! In fact, I get a box for myself and individual boxes for my wife and kids for our drive home! lol Their popcorn chicken aren't tiny or full of batter like other boba places instead they're the perfect size to enjoy each bite and are juicy!

My gosh this place was TOO CROWDED. I ordered online and it was so hectic picking up that I never want to come back. People were cutting in line in front of me, it was super crowded inside and spilling into the outside, and the inside felt very dirty and smelled awful (like a dirty bathroom), probably due to the high traffic. The parking lot is a one-way loop on one side and a dead end on the other; there isn't much parking. The drink was actually pretty good, but I'm pretty turned off about coming in person during peak hours.
