Burger King - Milpitas

A friend and I tried the new ch'King sandwiches and we both really enjoyed them. We went non-spicy and had tomato and lettuce. Sandwiches were hot. Chicken was juicy and a nice crunchy coating. Friendly staff came out to check whether we'd left our credit card behind (we hadn't). Recommended.

Something about Ricardo's demeanor, that lifted my spirits today. I only came in for nuggets, but felt better afterwards.

Dine in is ok now. A little stingy on the paper towel this time. 4 pieces for 3 people. At least 2 per person should be a minimum. We could ask for more, but decided not to

I went to the restaurant at 5:30pm on 11/22/22 and had to wait a long time for the cashier to take my order. He seemed new and asked me multiple times for my order. Eventually, another worker came and replaced him as he was rude and provided poor customer service. The rest of the crew seemed disorganized with only one cashier working for both the drive-thru and front counter, as well as bagging food. It took me 25 minutes to receive my quarter pounder and chicken sandwich. I have been a customer at this location for 18 years, but I was disappointed by the high prices and slow service. It was a shame.

I am obsessed with Ok Burgers. There is so much to choose from including sandwiches, burgers, ice cream, milkshakes, and fries. There is nothing wrong with that!
