Black Angus Steakhouse Milpitas

A decent place to enjoy Sunday dinner with the family.

We sat for our reservation. Unfortunately, our server was very overwhelmed and we waited a long time for our drinks and water, food delivery, get spices, the bill, etc. Filet mignon was boiled over, it took 30 minutes for a new one, and that came out undercooked. The manager and the server were apologized and we became the meal.

Portions are getting smaller and smaller, I assume to lower the costs. Staff do their best to keep, but is often overwhelmed by the number of guests.

Food was great, but customer service was terrible. Bathrooms were also really dirty.

Its was a very night but the manager was very helpful and made sure that we were well taken care of!
