Denny's - Millville

I ordered a delivery online. After an hour, nothing. I called the restaurant for a refund. I was told they couldn’t do a refund. The Manager wouldn’t even get on the phone. I was very polite with the person on the phone. I was still dismissed. Person in the phone said have a good day and just hung up. No food No money back. WTHKid-friendliness: Sucks!!!

I went in here today with my family for brunch, and the waitress we had Emily K was amazing. We go out to a lot of different types of restaurants and for sure Emily K provided us with excellent service other waitresses/waiters could learn a lot from her.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly family restaurantParking: Parking is spacious and convenient

From start to finish this was the worst dine out experience ever . 3 of us went out to dinner on Thursday October 13, 2022 about 6PM. Not busy at all that should've been a red flag. Took over 45 min for our food. Waitress almost gave our meals to the wrong table . All 3 of our orders were messed up or missing something. Tell me how u eat a bowl of soup with no spoon?! We all had just a fork and knife,and the burgers we ordered omg it was a mess of tasteless crumbled up ground beef between 2 buns . Ordered onion rings and it took them a half hr after we placed our order for them to realized they did not have any. Never came out to ask if we wanted refills. And our friend said the boneless chicken wings taste like alligator?!! Next time we'll just go to Wendy's and don't have to tip for horrible service.

My husband and I came in for lunch today he had just gotten out of the hospital and needed a quick fast breakfast and that is exactly what we had. Our server Elyssa was amazing! She was so attentive pleasant a true professional and so helpful. I had the super bird sandwich with fries and he had the French toast slam breakfast with fresh coffee. We came in hungry and left extremely happy. The restaurant was clean. I will be back again to see Elyssa!
