The burgers and fries are always great, but that's not the problem. My problem is my burgers are NEVER made the way I order them. I've tried ordering through the drive-through, walking in, and using the online option. It's never correct. Something or things are always missing. Ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise are great on burgers. They weren't on there. This time, my tomatoes were missing too. I don't care if you think that will make the burger sloppy. Let me worry about that and make my meal the way I asked and paid you to make it.
