Cook Out - Millington

The rudest cashier I have experienced in Millington so far! She should be a frier if she is this bad with customer relations.

We LOVE their milkshakes!!!!! They have so many options and always make them so good and so much better other places…

If you can't cook a hotdog right, no wonder why this place is losing customers.

I visit about once a month, and they have screwed up my order these past 4 visits. I order the SAME thing every time! It 's like their employees dgaf what we order, they 're gonna make it however they feel like making it. I 've graciously accepted my past messed up orders n went about my business. But FOUR TIMES IN A ROW, ARE YOU SERIOUS!!?? It 's not that hard to make a chicken sandwich with cheese, onions, n extra mayo, no tomato. It 's pretty simple. N once again, I have tomato, minimal mayo, no cheese, n no onions. If I 'm paying for this, I EXPECT to get what I paid for. Not something similar . I 'm finished with this location. It 's Union Ave or bust.

If I could leave negative Stars I would. This place would have to improve quite a lot just to be not worth a four letter slang for excrement . Tattooed goth cashier mumbling about how she should quit working there, I ordered a regular burger with lettuce, tomato and pickles, 20 minutes later I got a burger with mustard and onions. Took it back and 10 minutes later got a burger with lettuce pickles and mayonnaise..Some of the people working there seem to be quite good, others not so much. And not a sign of any supervision telling people what and how to do it...
