Bidrage med feedbackKiosk to order aren't made for asking to keep onions out. Attitude was respectable, actually commendable. We (me wife) tasted the cheesy chicken enchilada got sick. Rolling on the ground stomach pains can usually handle a few onions...bit mb the food was intentionally poisoned??
Not skimpy on on all the fixins like some of them are. Polite
Food and staff were good as usual, usually use drive through, decided to go in and much to my surprise they only have ordering on a Kiosk, when will businesses learn that it is the wrong place to save a few dollars, many elderly people would not use it, bad move on Taco Bell's part, people want a friendly face to give there order to.
I normally don't leave bad reviews. However, this has been my 4th time, and I have tried to be patient considering the lack of help nowadays. Aside from my previous orders being in the drive through and having staff slurring their words and screwing up the order, I went inside at noon today. No one in there, dirty unswept floors, dirty door handle, etc. the staff was all gathered in a group joking and messing around. A guy came to help me, and immediately asked me to use the kiosk (that was filthy) because apparently they were too busy to help soeone in person. I walked out. Plus the hygiene of the employees appears poor, and no one was wearing hair nets. That's my last straw. I'm sorry to say these things, but y'all need to get a handle on this... Another time in the past I went for some in and observed a very similar situation.
Ordered on the kiosk and selected to pay with cash, just to have to wait 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me... She was rude to me and also to some other customers. I would ask for better attitudes for the employees, as well as having the mindset of customers first. Horrible experience.
