Well I should have known. I am giving a 2 Star from a 5 star 3 days ago. Today the service and food was horrible. The chicken and red beans and rice were just barely warm. While I chose to eat the chicken I asked for another red beans and rice. (It was done but you could tell it was a bother). I also up charged the reg biscuits to the strawberry ones and yup. I got the reg in my box. It again came across as an imposition to fix it. What is going on Popeyes? I had high hopes that things were changing. Maybe a management issue people that just don’t care. I am impressed with the new management. My food was hot, fresh and correct after I placed my order. The staff were friendly and the place clean. I will be back.
