Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Tried the new philly chicken sandwich. It was good, but we requested it fresh and had to send back to be remade because they didn't drop it fresh. This is a really good sandwich, but it has to be fresh. The cashier didn't put it on the ticket even though I asked to make it fresh, so I can't blame the kitchen for that. The loaded fries are great also, but you have to get it fresh with extra seasoning. Food is expensive these days so you want what you pay for to be to your liking. I'm sure even these workers want freshly made food when they eat from this and other establishments.

WHY ARE YOU CLOSING the lobby at 8pm every night..so cars can wait 30 mins in line for orders? Everytime I come to this store the line is out to the roadway.

Difficult to get someone to come to the register to take your order. The cashier is always in the back moving boxes. Never get our order right. Put the wrong wing sauce on and gave me unsweet peach tea. Will not come back.

8-17-23Long drive through lines, lobby locked tight, food burnt to the point of being inedible. Total chaos, pathetic service. Total ripoff. -1 star. Management must be incompetent. Won't eat at a Zaxby's ever again. They've jumped the shark at this location. Need to hire real employees, needs new management not morons sending out total ****.
