While passing through Millau we came across Quai 23 completely by chance for lunch. Ideally located right across the street from a lovely park. Pleasantly surprised from start to finish! Great welcome, top service. A unique menu was offered to us at a more than fair price, we really liked the presentation and the quality of the plates.
