Papa Johns Pizza - Mill Creek

Talked to the manager Shawn about the Papa Bites that I ordered. I received them over baked/cooked and burnt and I received the wrong dipping sauce. Told him about it and he wasn 't able to help with anything. Just saying that 's the way it is . He did offer to get me the right dipping sauce if I return. Why do I need the sauce if the Bites were burnt? Just horrible service. Shame on you for not making a little thing right for a repeated customer.

Any time I order within 2 hours of closing my pizza will be consistently half uncooked dough. You think I want to be ordering a pizza at 10pm on a Monday? no, but life’s hard and here we are. Please for the love of god ask your employees to cook the pizzas till atleast even close to done. this is the first chance I had to eat today and now I’m going to bed hungry and sick to my stomach trying to eat this dough ball we are calling cooked pizza….

Definitely love the people who work here and they’re super friendly and fast. Would recommend calling in or placing a order in person just because I know the online order placing is wonky. Every time I’ve dropped by the folks who work here make it a point to say hi and get the pizza right.

If you're sick stay home. Worker says she's in pain and can't stop sneezing. Luckily I still have hand sanitizer in my car. Incredibly unsanitary. You would think the manager would know better than to create a super spreader event.
