Starbucks - Milford

I've never been to this place before and I'm not one to complain, but if someone is rude from no reason, it's guaranteed a complaining. I ordered an ice-sized caramel macchiato with extra caramel when I came into the window, it was a hot caramel macchiato and I just said: "I ordered an icy caramel macchiato." they make my drink and I suppose it was manager, she came in the window not aggressiw, but definitiw with attitude, and unhealthy I said

This location is not the closest Starbucks to me but I drove here because my Starbucks is always randomly closed (when it should normally be open). I’m so glad I drove to this one. Fast service and the nicest employees I’ve ever met at a Starbucks! Im tempted to drive to this one instead of the one closest to me just because I loved this location so much!

I gotta give a shout out to the staff at this Starbucks. The drive thru line was about ten cars deep when I arrived the morning before Christmas eve. Even so, when I went into the shop, the staff was calm, friendly and fast. Tables and condiment bar were immaculate. Kind person at the register made sure he put the right amount of cream I wanted in my coffee and even asked if I needed a stopper for my lid. While I sat at a table and drank my coffee, three customers complimented the staff on how great they were. Haven’t been to a Starbucks in years. Left this one so impressed. Great job baristas!!!

My favorite Starbucks! The line always moves quickly, even when very busy. Staff is always so nice.

I work down the road, so I come here often. Today I was helped by Lynn! She was fantastic personable and had great customer service. You rock, Lynn! ?
