Guacamole's Mexican Cuisine Milford

The second we got there I informed them I had a reservation, they sat down, then they never gave us menus back. We waited almost 50 minutes, then I was about it, so I asked to talk to a manager, they told me that they were not on that day, I told them it was not okay, then we never sit back to the table to take our order or even ask ourselves if we wanted to drink. I had such a bad experience with them I will no longer come, I have brought my friends there for a while, now I will never die all the others again to not work, disregard.

Overall, the service was missing on our visit. Not very welcome at arrival, no Happy Hour Specials when sitting in the dining room, drinks very slow, a person meal took an additional 3-4 minutes to arrive, empty drinks for a while before on... And when we got the bill, I noticed that the review was already 18% of the Gratity on it for a table of 4. I asked if there should be luck and the server said, not safe, sometimes there is and sometimes there is not. Said it depends on the crowd, but didn't know the crowd. I paid it anyway, but not happy about the experience as a whole. Eating was decent, not sure if we were going to leave another.

Terrible my place was dirty, a guest food was not cooked (her chicken was raw in the middle), one found a hair in her food, then another guest asked to hold the paprika and they added pepper. We had to wait for water, and for a table of 5 they automatically added a 20% tip unheard. I'll never go back!
