You can drink a bottle of wine and eat a good pasta over there. The price is excellent, you're in Milan so when you pay 15 euros for a great meal and a bottle of good wine you've made the best deal you could ask for.

We had a really tasty big portion of seafood for a super reasonable price. Also the staff was really friendly. Recommendations!
