Mibio - Milano

We made a reservation based on good reviews here on Tripadvisor. The restaurant was pretty far away from where we stayed in Milan, but it turned out to exceed our expectations by far. Our server, Nina, was fantastic and made us feel the most welcome and at home. We had a starter plate full of local flavors, melanzane which was out of this world with the best vegan parmesan cheese we had ever tasted, and turnip flower pasta which was perhaps even better than the mouth watering melanzane we had. Everything was perfect, and the cherry on the top was the cutest Alaskan Malamute dog belonging to the staff. Would 100% recommend this place even when traveling from far. Easily the best experience in Milan! Thank you so much.
