Bidrage med feedbackOur host recommended this spot in the Isola neighborhood. The spaghettone vognole was superb. The clams soft and tender, the pasta of course perfectly al dente. The sauce garlicky, herby, and rich, perfect for mopping up with bread.
We discovered this restaurant years ago on our trip to Milan and have returned every year for the Milan Furniture Fair. Both the food and service was memorable. However this time round, we were so disappointed. Maybe ownership has changed hands since the pandemic? The grilled fish platter was so dry… The octopus was so chewy it was like chewing on an elastic band, and even the salmon was inedible. When we complained they brought us a couple of new pieces of sea bass, unfortunately though is was slightly under this time. Furthermore, my colleague spotted the assistant chef picking his nose so we completely lost our appetite! The poor waiter tried to redeem the restaurant with a complimentary tiramisu and took 10% off the bill but we will be looking for a different place to return to from now on.
Great quality seafood, better to go for the “pescato del giorno” rather than more expensive a la carte options. Limited choice of wine by the glass.
Location bellissima, personale qualificato ed accogliente, cibo buonissimo. Abbiamo gradito molto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.
Non perdetevi la pasta ai tre crostacei!!! Favolosa!!! Simpatici i camerieri, disponibili e allo stesso tempo professionali! Chef strepitoso!
