Sad to say that that is for good, the service is an employment of the blossom palmas management team. a total lack of service and a total involuntaryness to take responsibility for their wasting. if blossom is not able to take out. order, they should stop. disappointing attitude. the customer service is not existent, despite what a restaurant should live for.

Pato laqueado was just for taking what is absurd. we came for the court, but was denied. then call them by phone and they offer it to gor. So decided to order and pick up just to take it to my table. really absurd.

The place looks beautiful in the internet, but once there it is not so tempting. it is an old house that needs a lot of maintenance work. eating is good, but the portions are on the small size. one of the glasses they brought us. was smeared by an earlier customer with lipstick, which does not speak well of their quality control, which is much more important today in view of the pandemic. the parking service is expensive, and they have denied our car. there are many other alternatives; this is not the best choice for Chinese food in Mexico City.

So far from the many chinese restaurants i have tried this one is the best by far, having said that, there is a caveat you have to know, we asked for the pre set menu for 2, food was very good and service too, but the preset menu is more expensive than asking for the dishes separate, so before going for the set menu check the prices of what you would like to have.
