I had the pleasure to taste the Wienerschnitzel (Wiener Art) in a restaurant and it was just delicious! The meat was tender and juicy, the panade was crispy and golden brown. The carving (size XXL) was perfectly seasoned and the whole experience was really brilliant. I would recommend this carving to anyone who loves classical Austrian cuisine. The restaurant where I enjoyed it also had a great atmosphere and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a really great experience and I will definitely come back!
