Where do I even start ! So we wanted Chinese and all the ones we go to were shut so we thought why not order from chopsticks.. well my partner found a long piece of hair in her food! I’m not the one to complain about bbq sauce but this one was sticky and thick like it was sat out for hours. My pork was very fatty and very chewy it tasted very odd. I had to spit it out straight away. We spent £30 on this and I wish we didn’t have. All together a waste of money !! I phoned and up to complain about the food etc and the girl on the phone was laughing at me when I was complaining about the food and she said “well I ain’t giving you a refund and that’s that” then she was getting very cocky and sarcastic. VERY RUDE!!! Very disappointed. So I decided to go down to complain as we couldn’t eat any of it as it was vile. So I handed it to them at the counter and explained everything just to be shouted at and putting his hand in my face. Then raising his voice at me and my partner. Then he was shouting at us and told us to p*ss off. There was no need to be so rude ! We kept asking for a refund and they were refusing constantly until my partner was saying at least give us half and they said no at first. Then we said we wouldn’t leave until we got a refund so they gave us half of the money back. Absolutely disgusting staff the way they talk/treat you is appalling. The food was appalling. So please before you order check these reviews and just eats reviews. I will never be ordering again from here. So all I had for food was a couple prawn crackers as it was about 9:30 when we went down to complain so do not order from this place! I can’t even add 0 stars there’s no option! But me and my fiancé had from here absolute vile can not stand the food aswell as the people shouting at us laughing at us went down there to get a refund as we didn’t eat that much as it was chewy fatty and greasy, a hair in piece of food they shouted at us swore at us disgusting food disgusting people and very rude.. don’t recommend never ever again Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30

Not the best Experience, the veggie curry was sent with chicken in it, and the chicken balls for the meat eaters were over cooked and greasy. Have had good food from here before, but sadly not this time : they did bring a replacement for the veggie food with chicken in it! Returning customer- Ordered several items from the menu for takeaway. Despite checking 3 times over the phone, the order was incorrect- provided a mixed meat dish instead of a mixed veg dish (for a vegetarian). Phoned back and they did ammend the order and sent out the correct dish. Food was to a below average quality, either overcooked or bland. Will not be returning anytime soon.
