Jollibee - Midsayap

This was one of the more rundown locations that I've been in. We were served raw chicken. They made right and brought cooked chicken, but you can't undo that first impression. The rest of the food was ok.

Needs more staff at the cashier area to receive orders during peak hours ...

Approachable staff and guards. Delicious food. Fav

Got to satisfy my cravings. The time I visited this place was not crowded, they observed proper social distancing including the arrangements of their dinning area. If the line were too long, they have a waiting area inside. Moreover, the staffs were accommodating and willing to assist you. The place assured to be clean because their floors, tables and chairs continuously disinfected. Health protocols were being followed. Foods was served immediately after I ordered. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

When I was at Jollibee Midsayap, unfortunately I met a guard who doesn't really care about the customers. He told us to wait outside under the heat of the sun and let us fall in line. He left us there for a few minutes before he let us fill up the form for contact tracing. I don't blame the guard personally but I like to blame the management for unorganized process. I just hope that they will be able to improve this so that customers will not have to wait under the sun just to buy food.
