The salad was incredible and the food was very fresh. The staff was welcoming and the restaurant itself was lovely.

We traveled to the Midland area to explore various attractions and decided to dine at this restaurant based on its reviews. We opted for the beef brisket with Portobello mushrooms, potatoes, and red peppers, and it was absolutely delicious! The brisket was so tender that it fell apart with just a poke of my fork - it was amazing! We also enjoyed the spicy shrimp appetizer, and our friend who ordered the trout was very satisfied as well. Overall, we were all impressed with the food and our choices. We also tried the blood orange cider, which was excellent. The restaurant is clean, the service is great, and I would definitely return here.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food, service, and view are all amazing. I have visited many times and have always been satisfied with the food and service. They also have great gluten free options. I love the baby arugula salad. The atmosphere is accommodating and the customer service is great. Whether you're looking for lunch, dinner, a quick bite, or just a drink with friends/family, this place is a must-visit. I highly recommend trying it out!

Im not used to eating raw bacon wrapped jalapeños. cold calamari and yellowed arugula....very disappointing I had heard good things about this restaurant

One of Midland 's newest restaurant. First off: Great service! I ordered the lettuce bib with shaved beef brisket and the soup of the day. My friends ordered the beef brisket sandwich with salad/fries and lamb stew. Guys, get their fries! It is perfectly salted and delicious! Especially if you like shoe string fries. The soup was a bomb, and huge disappointment- honestly have no idea what I put in my mouth but it was not good. The server thankfully picked up on my feedback when asking how the food was, though I only said it was okay.. trying to be polite. Needless to say she didn 't charge me for it and didn 't make me eat it! Win. The beef brisket seems to be a popular item here and though it was a nice option to have on a menu for small town, it was sub-par in taste, in fact it was a bit bland. You definitely need to add some salt on that meat! I will likely return because the ambience was nice and the customer service was great. They try to use local sources and that is ambitious and awe. Second Visit: Went here for lunch a couple weeks later. Fries were still great, a little cold. Tried their salad. SO GOOD! Ordered the bison burger. Get It! A friend ordered a different soup of the day: disappointing again. They don 't do soups well here.
