Ladybug Cafe - Midland

Pleasant outing with a friend and a good soup and salad. Counter service with order delivered to the table. Good value for the money

Not impressed. If a menu boasts having homemade hollandaise for their benny's, and what you get is clearly from a package - you lose all credibility in my book. Yuck. The butter tart was a good butter tart, but certainly nothing to write home about. The service is non-existent. There was two tables seated when we arrived, and three people behind the counter. We didn't get a hello. The set-up to read a sign when you walk in instructing you to order at the counter and pay ahead of time is also pretty unwelcoming. Overall, super disappointed.

First thing I noticed when I walked into this place was how clean it was. Then I quickly realized how quaint and cozy it was. Staff is super friendly and the food was delicious. Hidden gem in Midland for sure!

Finally went there for lunch yesterday and was not disappointed. Great atmosphere. Feel at home sort of place. Had the Irish Leek and Potato soup and roast beef wrap. Delish! Was very busy, so everyone is getting to know this place. Not a lot of seating, but worth a short wait or take out. Appears to be a summer patio.
