Proper Taco - Midland

Hands down the best tacos my family and I have ever had. They were so fresh, the ingredients were flavorful, and the spices were wickedly good. There?s a taco for everyone here, no matter your spice or topping preference. The four of us left here very happy!

Great, fast service! nice staff and a very wide variety of taco options. i got a meatless ?Sophia? with beans, avocado, and more. great flavor! perfect choice for vegetarians.

What a super whimsical, quaint and tasty place. We celebrated my son?s high school graduation with family. As a Mexican-American who has lived in Mexico, their tacos reflected the fresh street tacos one would get from small shops in a big city. Fresh ingredients, quality veggies? and quite a range of meats and options. My mother in law had an excellent salad with a house specialty dressing and my mom had a nacho that was killer. My pork tacos were great. The red lettered options were as spicy as advertised. Hilarious that they named their different tacos people?s names. I had the Spencer and the Cali cactus dip with homemade chips. Absolutely recommend. Certainly a ?best of Midland!?

The chips hot salsa were good, but none of us cared for our tacos. I had two different vegetarian tacos, and the other people I was with each had two different tacos with meat so in all we sampled several different types of tacos. I was intrigued by the creative takes on traditional tacos, but they all fell flat for all of us. Definitely not traditional Mexican tacos, which my group is used to, so be sure to adjust your expectations accordingly. Bumped up the rating to three stars due to the nice person who took our orders, but won't be back for the tacos.

Amazing tacos! The portions are huge! I ordered one taco and nachos to share with my huband and it was too much food to finish. The pork was tasty and juicy, and the topping were very complimentary on the meat. The cashier was super friendly and we will be going back.
