Whataburger - Midland

Ok, if you are visiting Texas for the first time, YOU NEED TO GO HERE. Shure there are better burgers on the planet, but no other burger tastes like a whataburger. It's a higher quality version of fast food.

Very dependable and although there is a 10-15 minute wait some parts of day, the staff is generally very nice and on point with getting orders out the way you asked. The onion rings here specifically are very good.

Waited 30 min in drive with only 3 vehicles in front of us only to receive cold food. Fries cold rock hard. Both burgers made incorrect. No cookie with kids meal. Drink machine clearly tastes out and they still gave us drinks. Totally ridiculous wouldhave taken it all back but have a two week old baby with us that needed to go eat as well. Worst whataburger in town by far!Wish there was zero Star option.

By far the worst whataburger ever eaten at. Stood at counter more than ten minutes watching employees walking around talking on cell phones, to other employees even a manager walked to front saw me and walked away. To be honest the health department needsto pay this location a visit drinking in food service areas, talking on phones not washing hands or changing gloves, touchingtheir masks and resume cooking, flies everywhere in dining area. So to some up will not be coming back here and you areconcerned for your health skip this location.

Go to a different Whataburger. Ordered from their app. Got my food delivered. The fries were stale. They put jalapeños on my taquitos which I didn?t order and can?t eat. They didn?t send all of the sauce I ordered. Called and spoke to the managerthat offered to remake my order and I could pick it up. If I could have picked up my order to begin with I would have. Just goto a different Whataburger.
