The first time. They were very patient with my indecisive self! And they were very nice too! The food was good too! I could say that the meat is freshly cut daily because it left me without a liquid reaction! Love it will go back!

I ordered a to go meal. Sandwich burned and dry. Ordered a salad, there were no utensils or napkins and I requested them. Ordered an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie and got a chocolate brownie cookie, ordered a Coke Zero and got a Diet Coke. I called the store to complain and they were rude. This is not the high standards of a Potbelly’s. Don’t waste your money at this Potbelly’s!!!!!

Solid sandwich, solid price. No hairs and served perfection. Recommend the steakhouse beef! The blue cheese in it is beautiful and so perfect. This little store will not disappoint, your wallet or your stomach!

They closed early on the day that we were picking up catering. One of the employees showed up at our designated pick up time to give us our order. Great customer service and really friendly.

It's the worst sandwich I've had from there ever. Called in the order and got home and the bread was like rubber, the chicken pot pie soup was really good, actually worth eating.
