Pizza Hut - Middletown

The pizza crust was not in paneel, as ordered, and the cheesebread was very baked. we tried to report this into the load, but never got through to everyone, even after I asked for a manager, I was transferred to a line that just rings.

We have pizza and huagies there and they were really good and in the rule (here to be honest) we order Dominos-Hoagies, but here later was brot very hard and the dog would not even eat it, but the huagies from the pizza hut were at the point! the brot was not hard at all and warned not all where the half of the meat and the beats were completely brot and the pizza was actually completely cut and not only half as cut as others put. but I gave a 4 cuz I wished that they make a deal like dominos where they order 2 or more items that they get at a certain price. but overall we all enjoyed eating and the plan to order more often than domino’s lol

Two things ordered. pepperoni pizza and broth sticks, the wrong broth sticks and the pizza was boiled, soggy and greasy. 25 bucks for two that were both wrong.

This pizza hat was my favorite pizza place earlier, but it has been since years since I ordered from them. I ordered last week and now they will call their calls through a call center and the dame that I had ordered with a very thick Indian accent (has to have their regular several things) pizza was delivered by door dash. pizza was very soggy, bland and just bad compared to what I remembered. probably will be years before I order again.

Although dining area is closed to the public...employees are using it as a lounge....got there 5 minutes before scheduled pickup time...cinnamon sticks were cold and hard....
